What is the shipping and order handling time?

• Orders are usually processed within 5 business days.
• We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner.
• In some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delay immediately.

What are the shipping charges?
• We have free shipping on all orders above INR 500.
• A flat INR 50 charge is applied on all orders below INR 500.
How do international duties and taxes work?
Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you’re asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to sales@zsilver.com.

What payment options are available on ZSilver?
Currently, we accept COD, Credit/ Debit cards and Netbanking

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Can I return my product?
• Yes, you can return your jewelry within 30 days of delivery.
• Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging.
• Please send the product, packaging and invoice to the below address:

• Once Quality Check is completed, you shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties
