What is the shipping and order handling time?

Orders are usually processed within 15 business days.
We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner.
In some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we’ll notify you of any delay immediately.
What are the shipping charges?

We have free shipping on all orders above 50 USD.
A flat 9.99 USD charge is applied on all orders below 50 USD.
How do international duties and taxes work?

Shipping charges include all applicable duties and taxes. However, if you’re asked to pay any additional amounts on delivery, please reach out to director@zsilver.in

What payment options are available on ZSilver?

Currently, we only accept Credit/ Debit cards and COD.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Can I return my product?

Yes, you can return your jewelry within 30 days of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted for unused products returned with the original invoice and packaging.

Once Quality Check is completed, you shall receive a refund within 15 days after adjusting any applicable fees and duties
